A year after the highly successful L300 FB design, DDI was commissioned by Metro Truck Builders to design another body for the L300 chassis, the L300WT. Designed to be watertight while withstanding the rigors of traveling on Philippine roads, the L300WT was engineered to more exacting tolerances. It has since become one of the preferred vehicles for the transport of more fragile or sensitive cargo.
